My daughter and her husband and i was in the store today , looking at items. We are from St. Catharines, and wanted to see if there was something different in this store. Well we had our masks on, but mine kept going down to my nose, and i kept putting it back up, the employee, did mention to pull it up and i of course obeyed store policy. So with that i kept my hand on it so it doesnt fall down. As i went to look at something i let go and checked price and she came and told me again to do this, i obeyed again. I was getting ready to get the hair ties i liked and she came again, and got rude and raised her voice at me. My daughter was watching the whole thing casue she was standing a bit from me the whole time with her husband, withthis i put my article back and told me daughter i will be outside waiting casue this was just rude. Im 53 years old ( im not old) but i do have a breathing problems but i never mentioned that not did i not obey store policy andi had my mask on and i held it on cause my nose was showing if i let go. If she wasnt at the door monitoring people in and out, she was right behind me watching me, how can i enjoy your store with this happening? Very upset with this employee, she was dirty blond with glasses, and the time was roughly 4:30-5pm after that we wentr back to car, i was so upset. I have never been treated like this before. I work as a Resident Manager of 2 Buildings, i know policy, about masks and such. I certainly wasn't trying to get away withnothing. Just wanted to buy some ice hair ties for my hair........
