I have came into this store on many occasions hoping to find something that I found online with a screenshot of the clothing on my phone. (Keep on mind this has happened like 6 times, not even over exaggerating) Okay, so anyways everytime I show the sales associate they aways say they for sure don't have the product in stock then I ALWAYS end up finding it myself. Today I went looking for a white shirt WITH the screenshot and she was trying to assure me that they did not get the shirt in and you can only purchase it online. I asked her to look it up on the computer, and she did but she was being very sassy with her attitude. THEY HAD SEVEN IN STOCK. moral of the story is, the staff working here is very lazy and don't go out of their way to give you a good shopping experience. Love forever 21, love the clothes but the people who work at this location don't know what they're doing, and don't offer well coustomer service.
