I went to the flight centre because it is my first time booking an international flight. I was already nervous and hoping for some guidance from people who do this as a paid profession. I spoke to Maria and was very clear on where i wanted to travel to and yet she booked me into an airport that was a 20 hour drive from my original location. I did not realize this as it is my first time travelling and I was really putting my trust into her. She made it seem like she was giving me a "deal" yet she had booked me into the wrong airport and couldn't do anything to change that so I had to book a third flight (after already travelling for 25hrs) to where I was originally planning on going. Not only was it her mistake but, I had to pay for my third flight. I know I will be exhausted once I land and now I get too look forward to another flight... great. She tried to make things seem like there was a misunderstanding but it was very clear on where I was going and for how long. She also told me not to go downstairs to get my currency changed from Canadian to Indonesian but rather go to the bank, when I went to the bank they were confused because they knew it was more expensive that way. When I drove back to change my Canadian money the currency place in lime ridge only charged $2 unless you got a free card then the currency change was free. I am very upset with how my first international travel booking had gone and how much anxiety it has caused me. I would have gathered cancelled and gotten my money back then be put into a panic attack.

Bella is absolutely the best of the best I have ever encountered! Bella knows her business inside and out. Her service skills exceed any travel professional and quite frankly, Bella is personable with a heart of gold. 6 Stars for BELLA & the FLIGHT CENTER! I am flying high on her unbelievable knowledge, service and action. Highly recommended ****** B
