Whenever I have a friend needing surgery or has a diagnosis of a a debilitating illness Build a Bear is my choice of gift. I put bandaids where the surgery is going to be and buy an outfit that covers the baindaids. Of course there is a recording of encouragement. Tears and laughter always follow. Thank you Build A Bear!
