I had the worst experience there the staff is very unprofessional and they were using foul language towards each other I asked to go to give me platinum blonde highlights and when I got there she put me under the dryer for half an hour my hair's all falling out and dry out and she was telling me that it's ok to sit another driver for that long in a Farhad setting and the drive for longer than my hair would have been more platinum instead of two yellow and she turned it with green and my hair is grey definitely not what I was expecting and then they ridiculously charge me way more than what I was expecting charging me for price that I didn't even know cost extra money and I shouldn't have paid them I should have just walked out now I have to go pay somebody else to fix my hair on top of that Mai haircuts messed up it was shorter on the one side longer on the other overall I will never be going backwards service ever
