In the past I have been intimidated to upgrade both my phone and phone plan. It seemed I always paid more money with no further gains. After dealing with James I was absolutely thrilled with the excellent service! He went above and beyond to get both the phone and the plan that was most beneficial for me and was very patient explaining the plans to me. I would highly recommend if you need an upgrade that you deal with James! I am so happy I did!

I will start out saying I have dealt with alot of rude phone people over the years. Hands down Justin at the Tbooth in Jackson went above and beyond for me. I would recommend Justin to anyone I know!
