The pharmacy staff are very nice but made a mistake not labeling my son’s pcr test sample. They refunded our money but did not admit that they did not label the sample properly.. they indicated it was a lab error. Being honest is important in customer service. They did give us a rapid antigen test for free to compensate..

The Pharmacist did not speak english well. I tried explaining my situation to her multiple times and she refused me service (1 month of birth control) even though a nice pharmacist in another city at a rexall helped me - this one wouldn't. She was rude, degrading, and not helpful. She was flustered with the customers that were there and it was too much work for her, she couldn't manage. If I could give a zero rating I would.
