I am in shock with the bad review this gentleman got, not saying it is not true but I can't picture this man being that rude! All my family got from him was good manners, always prompt to help, worried about me getting the best without spending a crazy amount of money...I can't say anything bad about this place. Anyways in my own experience, I will recommend this place to anyone.

The husband wife team who own and operate "Primrose" are like "JECKLE" and "HYDE". The husband is the most miserable person I have ever encountered. He never smiles, is always irritated all the time. He SHOUTED at me and continued to reprimand me for taking a picture of glasses that I was ready to proceed with. I never did get a picture but endured this lecture of rude and disrespectful treatment towards me that I have never encountered ever before, especially while trying to decide which glasses to purchase!. He just kept telling me I was wasting his time for visiting his store "18 times" but didn't buy. He told me repeatedly pointed his finger at me and told me how I was rude and disrespectful. He aggressively ripped the glasses out of my hand, locked them up and told me to leave and never come back. I suggested that he should be nicer to customers to be deserving of their business. He just kept shouted at me to leave and never come back!. I'm still shocked to be spoken to in that manner. I am a professional person that works in the area and I will surely spread this story to everyone I come across. He should be ashamed of himself for treating any person in that manner especially for business! He is a miserable jerk and should not be working with the public ever!

I am so impressed with both the service and the glasses I got from Primrose. I know I will be back in 2 years when I will need new glasses again. I recommend them highly.
