These garverment office workers being well paid from our Taxes and make an impression like we are nuicance to them ( mind we pay a high fees for passport renewal or else) What a shame !!!

this week I went to renew my passport and was totally disgusted by the "customer service" that was provided ... Not sure why there was only 4 ppl at any given time serving people when there are 20plus wickets ..Then , after serving 4-5 people it was break time That should not take over 1.5 hrs the office should be split into three areas ....one area for ppl applying for the first time, an area for immigrants to Canada, and one to just renew Once we got to the wicked , the gentleman was very friendly and quick ..... 1.5 hrs waiting for 5 minutes of checking
