We had to cancel an appointment, but he was kind enough to come in on a Sunday to take the photos (4 sets) for my family. He works fast with great results, but also doesn't rush the process. He takes enough pictures to make sure we were happy with the one that is printed. Tries his best to make the environment comfortable (even though we're in a pandemic)
