I’m putting a review here not because I had a chance to shop KIMBERLY FASHION but because they’ve closed. They’ve been at that location for many years. I’m a Mohawk College student from Toronto but ❤️ Hamilton & want to stay! With Covid-19 year 3, it saddens me that they couldn’t hang on. I read the above review, everyone has bad times but please never wish a store to close. It’s bad form. KR

This is absolutely the WORST store I have ever been into. Both the owners were very rude and hostile. I went into the store with my friends and browsed for a bit. When I asked the man if I could try on a dress he told no they do orders only. I thought it was odd since you can't expect someone to buy something that's hundreds of dollars when they haven't even tried it on yet. Ontop of that, I saw a girl trying on a dress in in the change room. I left and texted some friends if they tried on dresses when they went there and they said they tried on a bunch, but to ask the female owner to try on dresses. I went back and asked her and she told me the same thing the man said. So I called her out and told her there was another girl trying dresses and they have change rooms. Then she asked me what dress I wanted to try, so I pointed to one and she yelled that they don't have any sizes and they only do orders! Before I left I told her that she's a liar and I know over 20 people including my friends who were there that they've tried on dresses. I have told everyone I know to NEVER go there and I hope they go out of business.
