I called the store to ask about a book they showed only 1on hand. I mentioned I lived out of town and my son would pick it up the next day. Greg, offered to bring it to my city, he happened to live there. But really! He works and drives out of town, I didn’t ask to transfer it..., He offered. Fantastic gesture and so appreciated. Thanks
