Can't believe the service that I have received at this store... I simply went in to get my phone unlocked and since the moment I walked in the store these guys screwed me around... First told me that It would take 15 20 minutes and so I planned my day around that given time.. Then to be told it will take two hours... And that Id have to come back... So putting up an argument I finally said okay and left my phone.... I got my phone back and ever since... The charging port and microphone is completely messed up.. I called to question them but as they've said on multiple occasion "this is not our responsibility when we are only doing the unlocking". I understand that unlocking a cell phone has nothing to do with the microphone or charge port but am also 100% sure I hadn't had any issues with my BRAND NEW PHONE beforehand... So was it me being frustrated about the time frame that they did this to my phone because I put up a stink...or is it because they want you to come back for them to now repair... If so THIS HAS COST ME NOW 150$ and two weeks to repair. LOOK OUT HAMILTON THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!
