Today I went shopping for a bikini and was looking for a md black size top bikini... Went to the cashier and asked if she had a md size, beause i couldnt find it their messy store...so the cashier kindly looked for it and checked in their system and found a md size. Apparently the only one MD size, was on hold until the 7th for another customer. I have put stuff on hold ALWAYS UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY (apparently its their policy)... I asked the cashier what was their "hold policy" and she didnt kow... Nobody could tell me what was their policy...Since I has there to BUY they refused to sell it because they are loyal to the customer they put it on hold.... So I always buy my bikins at this location....like for real. So the manager came with the worst attitude ever, saying it was on hold and she could not sell it to me...Girl, you should loose your job or your title as a manager, the way she treated me and talked to me, a client should never be treated that way... I asked her to show me the hold policy and she had she did not have one...she wasnt gonna sell it to me and she insisted and saying it was on hold. okay, I decided to try on the sm size... As i turned around her and her crew started laughing behind my back.... What was talked, I dont know... Ayways, I did not buy what I wanted for me but I bought 2 bikinis for a friend and a pijamas. So my point is.... If you do have a policy to hold stuff for clients then keep the same word to everybody...specially now with this COVID situation why would you holp merchandise ?? Isnt your point to sell? Speciall on sale stuff??? I dont get it... Really hope you loose your job sweet heart... Or maybe learn to be a better manager to the store you represent...
