I asked them first time to do my tax, they were very friendly. They asked for amount of money and when they finished, they charged me five times of that amount. They made many excuses by saying we added this service and that item. After they filed my tax, they stopped returning my calls and answering my emails. I called them because I received many inquiries from CRA about mistakes in filling my return.
