I was very disappointed with a recent effort to find a product. I wanted to purchase a particular coat in my correct size, and I was certain I would buy it if the Guelph store had it. I just had to know that the right size was in stock before I made the 45-minute trip to pick it up today. The store clerk said they would not to a floor check for the item, I would have to come in. I explained my distant location, but she wouldn't check for me.
