I went in to buy Swarovski earrings. The woman convinced me to buy other no name ones because they were “way better and I would never have to take them out” by the time I got home the jewel which looked like plastic at closer inspection had already fallen out. I went back within 24 hours for her to call me “crazy” that they can’t fall out on their own, she then asked if I could read English because the receipt say “no return, exchange only or have store credit within 15 days with receipt” and apparently this means no exchanges at all. In the end she kept the broken earrings and I never got my money back.

Julie our saleslady was exceptional. She was kind (and pretty) and very helpful and did not rush my decision. Explained the warranty the sizing price and how it's sized (ring) and said she would rush the order sizing so I could have it for end of year. 1 week from purchase and sizing we got the ring today. My sister came with me- we had some laughs with Julie. I recommend this branch- ask for Julie- my husband LOVES his ring... Thank you Julie for all your help and concern we were satisfied before we left with the ring...

Not happy with the way this store operates. They blamed it on their head office but can't find any info on where that is or I would have called them. We were looking and saw an item that was well priced and so my daughter went back the next day to get it for me for Christmas and the price had changed. The sales person knew we were interested in it and never mentioned that it was a promotional or sale price and it was not marked as such. We've tried twice now and no customer service in giving it to us at the price we saw it at. So you have to ask if it's a promo price and how long it's on for as they sure don't volunteer that info. Where do they not indicate that something is on sale?
