Was turned away at the front door for no mask. Was told owner passed the rule themselves at the Livingston location in Grimsby. With asthma and cardio vascular disease, I explained that I was exempt as per by-law and health. Was told sorry but the owner of the store is strict with their rules. I left disappointed that my health wasnt priority and ended spending $670 at TSC instead. Money well spent at TSC and Canadian tire have unfortunately lost my business at this location. Kind of wondered why the parking lot was very empty on a Friday evening at 5pm??? Too bad.
