I just had a baby 6 weeks ago and received a Joe Fresh onesie as a gift. It is size 3-6 mos. I washed it and had my son wear it ONCE - it is too big on him. I noticed a huge defect around one of the snaps. So I brought it in to the Gloucester center location hoping they could exchange it. The employee at Joe was a middle aged woman with dark short hair and a scar on her lip/chin. She was incredibly rude and barely looked at the defect and said it's useless to come without a receipt. She, in a very patronizing tone, told me "and this is very old" after she smelled it. I had already told her I washed it prior to putting it on my NEWBORN. I told her it wasn't old at all - he's six weeks old. She rolled her eyes and was absolutely useless at customer service. Never buying here, that's for sure.
