Horrible management of the store. Worst customer Service Ever. Canada Post office Staff " manager " Soheil very incompetent for the job nor the title so is the lady " his manager " as he mentioned. I had to unfortunately give them one star to be able to post but they deserve to be closed rather than being with that attitude. I totally understand the situation of the COVID 19 and the stress they are in but by far and what on earth can someone be in service and customer service position and have this attitude. It is a waist of time to state what happened just an advice you don't go there unless you have too . Store manager and Canada post staff are very incompetent. I am surprised that they make it to 3.8 stars.
