OMG, worst Canadian Tire in Canada | by Nick on Apr 20, 2021
Never have what your want in stock, employees are not helpful and have to wait over 3 days for curb side pick up.

From the previous reviews, this store does not have a favorable reputation. As someone stated, the management should review these reviews and make some personnel improvements. I am here because I made an appointment over the phone but because the phone was not answered I left a message. My message reply was a request for an appointment for snow/summer tire trade out for a particular day and time, stating if this time was not good to please call back and we could make another time. I did not received a call and show up at what I thought was my appointment only to be told I did not have an appointment. I asked about my phone message and not getting a return call. I was told she was the only working on the auto service desk and did not answer the phone nor did she return calls. She also told me it would be over an hour if I wanted my tires switched that day or to make another appointment. I believe customer service personnel should treat the customer as valued and respected assets to the business they work for. I felt neither valued or respected in this exchange with this particular customer service person. I am a disgruntled customer who will not return to the Findlay Creek Canadian Tire Store. It is in a great location but it is too bad they do not treat their valued customers with respect.
Bad customer anything | by Penny on Oct 03, 2020
Horrible unwilling to take back a item bought from another store the night before from kempville when the return policy clearly says any store can do it . That's wrong four hundred and fifty + dollars spent less then 24 hours before and the f...d us cost us anther 40 in gas running around and now I have no wood stove venting pipes because of their rude and greedy ways during the worst financial times in our history they at Findley Creek care about their dollars not the small customer's bottom line disgraceful!!!! Don't shop their there are plenty places to go to that respect the Money the customers work so hard for ... Shameful is my thoughts!!!!!!

The worst store. Bad service horrible manager. Bought something one day worth 450.00 dollars and refused the next day to take it back or refund . Years ago bought a pellet stove over 2000.00 broke in a week , Findley Creek could not help me and sent me to the to another store 45 minutes away. They are the worst and should be shut down or get a someone how knows their stuff because it is very apparent that they haven't a clue . They should be ashamed ripping people of during these trying times . I will say a very sad state of affairs. Shame on them

Today went for 2nd time to buy rock for bottom large planters. No prices displayed outside, instructed to go inside, cashier annoyed I don't know which bag of rocks, claims to have many different kinds, scanned one kind $8.90 per bag (not paying this much for rocks for drainage) she asked whether I want it or not. That's my last time CT. Something so simple made complicated and cashier annoyed from get go.
