I took my daughter to this location for a simple straight across haircut. The stylist took 10 minutes cutting her hair and once I got home I noticed it was super short in the front and longer in the back (also very choppy). I voiced my concerns the next day and they offered me to come in to fix it. I mentioned how I did not feel comfortable doing so and that I just wanted a refund. They denied giving me a refund and blamed my 4 year old daughter
