Very poor customer service. We were looking around the store finding what we liked, when there were still about 10 mins to closing time. 5 minutes to closing time we brought our scarves up, and we asked for the ladies to bring us new pieces of each scarf. They rudely said they wouldn't since it is closing time. We were just asking kindly for the service we had come into their store for. They only gave us one new piece which took 30 seconds to pull out from the shelf. They refused to give us any other new scarves. One lady yelled at us saying that we don't understand that their store is closing and that they cannot serve us. First of all, we are customers in their store spending money on their products, second of all, there were still a couple of minutes that were left until the store officially closed. I have never experienced worse service in my life.
