I live in Kingston so I bought on line, the add read Microsoft Surface Book brand new with packaging still on. I found their add on Kijji and phoned them . As the deal proceeded I was informed at the last minute the the unit had been opened to just to show a customer. When I received the unit the bottom corners were scratched and obviously the computer had been used for several months. It completely failed after three weeks of use.
