Hello, I wanted to commend you for carrying lactose-free products. This morning I was looking for 100% lactose-free yogurt at Superstore and didn’t find it. They only carried Arla’s spread cheese which is lactose-free. Finally I returned to my neighbourhood, close to Albion Mall, and surprise surprise, I found PC lactose free yogurt at your store. Thank you very much for thinking about people with lactose intolerance.

I went no frills Etobicoke center for grocery on 30th June 2019. I picked up kellog's special cereal for 3.97 per 435g pack. The deal was - you buy two you get a125g kellog granute. I picked the granite as well. At the billing counter I asked about the deal. The biller referred me to customer service rep ( a lady) who said you can't get this granute right now. You need to open the cereal box and will get coupon inside it.And that will give you the granute.the biller billed me.I opened the box and there was no coupon. I said there is no coupon and she said you should kellog's customer service. The truth is there was no coupon scheme to get granute. She was misinformed employee of no frills. I asked for supervisor. Supervisor named Shevin Taipersand (store manager) said you should have read on the back of the box and there was no coupon scheme. I said why the customer service rep asked me to open the box to get the coupon, he had no answer. I asked for return. He said he can't take it back as it is opened.no fault of mine I was forced to keep the item. I asked for employee name he refused to give me the name. The security guard came and he was very intimidating. Zero customer satisfaction FreshCo is best
