I took my baby for a hair cut the employee didn’t ask me what I want he was just using sign language as if he’s too good to talk or maybe he doesn’t know how to speak English.. then I mentioned I’m here for my baby for hair cut and he starts laughing out loud and along with two other employees they have no respect for customers I felt so embarrassed and humiliated I said did i miss the joke what’s so funny. All he said was after a long laugh and pause he will cry I said why would he my baby is sleeping and on my lap. I complained to the Albion mall management and I will be following up because what I felt horrible coming out of this crap place no feeling and very poor customer service. The manager needs to address the situation she was there she didn’t even talk to her employee I called 30 mins after the situation and she didn’t even talk she didn’t know why her employee laughed and I said I will follow up.

I went to get a cut recently at Ryan's and I asked for Ram but he wasnt working that day. Instead, I opted to go with one of the other employees who turned out to be Iraqi but he didn't know that I understood Arabic. The entire time he was cutting my hair he was making jokes with hia other Iraqi employee about the other people in the shop. Three times he pointed his tasteless jokes at me and he didn't know that I understood everything he was saying. The cut was below average but those two employees should be fired for swearing and making fun of everyone else be a use they think no one around can understand. Complete idiots.
