Its is very sad that, I have to write this review in regards to Roger Store at Albion Mall where disrespect to client happend. I entered the store and was told by trainee agent to wait until next agent get free. I was waiting in the line and one of the agent Mr. Arsha got free and instead of taking me as a next client, he choose to take next client which bring a concern here. He suppose to apoligize for mistake, he told me to complain.

I am writing this review in regards to customer attention at Rogers Store at Albion Mall. I enter to store and one of the employees asked me to wait until employee get free and will get free. I was keep waiting and one of the employee Mr. Arsha took another client who was behind me and attended client. After bring to his attention he said is absolute fine and I can complain. This is very rude attitude and never had such experience.
