Horrible customer service and bad quality

Bought shoes down in Etobicoke. Started peeling with in 5 days asked for an exchange had to go to Albion to the owner went to the owner and was given a replacement after a complain to the mall and when I got home and tried them on they were loose and worn did not fit me called the owner and got slammed with don’t bother me and closed the phone on me. Pray he or his is never successful for selling fake shoes and robbing ppl of their hard earned money.
