picked an item for $24.99 from a rack full of the items. When reached to cash counter for payment, pricing display $39.99, dumb cashier did not listen anything, when requested to check the price a guy appeared after couple minutes, in the mean time the other customer waited and queue got longer. Finally, guy came after almost 6 minutes and confirmed the price at$24.99 but cashier made excuses and did not agree to sell the item ZERO CUST. SERVICE

Worst worst worst! Worst customer service ever. I bought a Jump starter. The product did not work. Due to lockdown I ordered another one online after confirming with customer service representative about the return. When went to return, they said only exchange. Like really? I asked for store credit and they said yes but you need to use the money $150 on the same visit/day.

Stay away from this store! They don't have a clue about curbside! Waited 1 hour in cold car for my order. I don't have data so I had to phone. 5 min. before anyone answered. 30 min. later I tried calling again as cars that arrived after me had been served and I am sick and needed to get home. 10 min. before anyone answered the phone! I politely explained that I had now been waiting 40 min. and she had the nerve to laugh and say, "40 minutes, I don't think so"! She finally agreed to page someone for me. She never did. I finally found a young man who was working curbside pick-up and he was able to help me. I will never shop there again!

Brought my car in to be inspected and get a quote. Had disconnected shock in the back and they wanted $750 to fix. I had the car towed to Cambridge where my shop did the repair by re connecting the shocks and charged me $175. Canadian tire wanted to replace parts that did not need replacing and change me over 400% what my shop charged me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, RIP OFF REPORT
