I have been going to Hottie Nails for many years, and their service and staff are excellent! They are very friendly and happy, and they do their best to do everything they can to make you comfortable. Nicky does an amazing job and it is fun whenever I go. Heidi is also lovely, and Karen and Nina do a great pedicure. I love that there is a great tv there so that you don't have to be bored. They will even make you a flavoured coffee that is delicious. I am obsessed with cleanliness, but they use new files and buffers, and a liner for the foot bath, for each pedicure, and everything has been cleaned in preparation for the appt. Do not be deceived by the look of the outside of Hottie Nails - the plaza is in the middle of a renovation, and that part has not been done yet. Inside, they are welcoming and cheerful and grateful for your business.
