Lara and Daniel helped me with a major I-phone problem last week-end. They went beyond anything I would expect from any salesperson. They were smart, supportive, helpful and consistently helped me deal with every roadblock that the parent company, Bell, presented. I've never experienced the excellent kind of service that these 2 people provided. Lara was my main contact, but because no other customers were present, Daniel also provided help. 5*

My experience with Lara today was amazing. She was extremely helpful with changing our new / old phones over and swapping out sims, etc. She even installed a new protective screen plate for us and gave us words of wisdom regarding the data transfer . Overall exceptional customer service!

I couldn't ask for friendlier, more helpful staff at this branch. Having said that, I was looking at the website and the invitation to live chat is the most annoying thing I have ever encountered. The fact that there is no way to get rid of it so trying to read what's underneath is impossible! If there is a way, please let me know.
