Paid over $20 for a wrap for my son, yet they didn't put the steak in it!!!! We all asked for the Burritos to be grilled/toasted and they must have unplugged the press, or just didn't bother turning it on. Perhaps its broken!!!???? But it didn't grill or heat any of our burritos!!! Was very disappointed that they ripped us off about the steak!! Other than the steak issue, the girls working the counters and making things were nice, and helpful. The owner, was rude. I saw a customer speak to him about some complaint and he was absolutely rude to her and wouldn't give in an inch or even apologize. VERY disappointed and we won't try this place again! Back to Mucho Burrito we go, even if it is a long drive.
