My best place to shop,I do keep in mind other rush in as if it,s a Variety store in and out in 2 min.Go with time in mind,yes I have looked around for some staff or HELP,keep in mind you are IMPORTANT,but NOT the only CUSTOMER in the store,now smile Help is their just ask.

I was in the store yesterday with my partner and a friend looking for a Hood range. Had a very horrible encounter with Sean a “manager” at the store who sought us out to start a fight and swore at us for no good reason. A manager should never speak to customers in that way at a place like Canadian Tire. I have never been so disrespected in my entire 18 years that I’ve lived in Dundas. I will never ever spend another penny at this store again.

My four year old grandson decided he wanted a Nutcracker for Christmas. I am immune compromised and did not want to go and look for the Nutcracker at the store. Chris, a very kind employee found it for me, and although he could not hold it, he gave me his direct extension, which I called when I arrived at the store. He very kindly went and got the red one I wanted. I paid for it and left. Chris deserves a big pat on the back. Thank you.
