iPhone ex are there for $450 told me if I couldn’t get my Sim card to work on the phone I could return it it’s been two days never got the Sim card end up working in it and won’t return the phone, worst service I ever experienced. Also tried to fix my iPhone 11 there they were trying for hours and did nothing I took it to. I fix it he plugged it in an updated it, and it worked if your phone problems go to iPhix on Pitt street

Refused to accept a return even thought he told me I could return at time of purchase if I was not satisfied. Argue that he never said that even though I have a witness. Will never return. I don't deal with liars

I had my cell phone battery changed at this place about two weeks a go. At the same time i had a glass protector installed ($15.00) The glass protector cracked today and I asked the young man to replace it, assuming it was under warranty. He said it was not under warranty and I would have to pay another $15.00 if I want a new one. As a matter of fact he said I could go somewhere else in the mall if I was not happy. Sorry I will go some where else where in the future.
