I highly recommend this Pet Store!! I drove here all the way from Ottawa to get a bird and the staff was very polite, patient, informative and helpful. It was definitely a more personal experience compared to other pet stores I’ve been to in my city and just generally. When you walk in you almost feel as though you’re walking into their home and all the animals are their pets. They all love them. Beyond impressed. My lovebird is happy and healthy

I'd like to leave a review based off the amazing experiences I've had over the years with this pet shop in the mall. I have been going here for a couple years and have purchased multiple pets such as our guinea pig, hamsters, gecko, cockatiel, and lovebird. Each time I go it's such a personal experience and they really make me feel like family. The animals are happy all the time, the cages are clean and the store is looking super! Thanks guys!

I have bought 2 cockatiels from this pet store and 1 died because the owner had given me bad advise to help my cockatiel had the runs, & he told me to give her sea salt with baking soda & brown sugar. I did not realize that this would kill her. So, I decided to give them another chance. I called & told them what happened & the owner told me to go back & he would sell me another one at a cheaper price. As stupid as I am, I went back & he told his daughter to sell me a grey one at a cheaper price. Now this one keeps on laying eggs without a male. I have spent $ 300.00 at the vet to get her back on calcium, because she was very low in it. Plus shots to help her also for vitamins, ect... I never had to cover my other cockatiels for 14 hours to help her stop laying so many eggs. I also breed my cockatiels but I never had problems like these 2 birds. I even told the owner that I was giving him another chance because I did not want to put a bad comment on his page. Well to bad. They need to be shut down ASAP. I looked at the nest & the cage, omg, its so filthy. When my birds lay eggs I clean the nest once the babies are out of it. I could not believe how dirty mine was, so I can imagine the poor birds nest, it must be gross.I will NEVER buy from them again. I want to see them shut down ASAP. I am not happy at all.
