Bought a pair of slippers and was delighted with the customer service and the care of the really helpful sales lady who really took the time and trouble of finding the right size and right footwear for me. She was helpful, very pleasant and was a very positive shopping experience. Great work ethics and excellent customer service

Drove all the way from London , ON on Sat. Dec. 18,2021 to return slippers to Tootsies Factory Shoe Market and to return an item to another store. Tootsies advertised store as open until 6 PM Saturdays. We arrived at 5:20 PM to find store in darkness and totally closed. Not impressed and will not be back...ever!!
