Horrible customer service.....I had a gift card and wanted to buy a polo dress, that day there was a bit of an issue accepting gift cards so I said no problem, I will come tomorrow they clearly said no problem we will hold it for you untill next day. Now I reach there by 1pm and other staff on duty doesn't know where the dress has gone and explains to me that we don't hold stuff for next day!!! Seriously.... After all that hassel that I had to go through, they didn't hold the dress for me, no info passed to next day staff and the staff has no courtesy to say sorry or offer me a discount on a similar dress so that there customer is satisfied!! And this us not the first time they did that, I had another customer complaining the same thing to me!! I would rate them negative in customer service, staff there is getting Tommy's image down. I will never go to that store again and will suggest others to use other location but not Cookstown...... Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
