The associates sell no name perfumes & say that the designer perfumes won't last. Turns out they sell their own brand - they would say it sells online for $300+ but in store for $90-120! HOW do you cheat customers?!

Do not shop here, was sold the wrong (fake) cologne after confirming multiple times stated "thats the only one by that name (brand makes three different ones)". When calling the store, the employee stated that no one in the store would make that mistake but told to speak with the manager Jessica who was not in. Was given her number to contact her at another location and when I got a hold of her she was completely apathetic, stating final sale on unopened product due to COVID-19. I mentioned that the package was still in the bag unopened (wrapped) and it was handled by both the sales associate and myself prior to agreeing to the purchase. Mentioned that other perfume stores i.e. Sephora still accepting returns. Jessica stated well "that is not our policy and its final sale".... update : Just looked at the box and it also turns out to be fake after comparing the same package with that sold in Sephora. Will be looking at reporting this with the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
