My husband and I took our 10 y & 12 y old sons to shop for their summer shoes last night. The mall was quiet, so we decided to slowly hit all shoe stores until we find what will suit our kids' needs. The first shoe store by our entrance was Crocs. I own a pair of flip flops myself for the last 6 or so years that I purchased in US and I am really happy with the quality, as I wear them everywhere outside work. When we walked in, we were greeted by the manager, Tracey-Lynn. The moment she took the matters in her hands, I knew that there will be no need for us to look elsewhere. Tracey-Lynn made us feel like we know her forever. Her outgoing personality and the product knowledge makes you want to talk to her, listen to her and continue purchasing. There was another young lady working with her and both of them have a super harmonious working relationship. It has been an absolute pleasure shopping for your products because of the amazing assistance we received, which is super rare in retail these days. We ended up purchasing not 2 pairs as we planned, but 4 pairs and it is all because of Tracey-Lynn and her team. I never left the mall totally satisfied after only 30 minutes of being there. We are Tracey-Lynn's customers going forward. Definitely recommend!!! Best retail experience in years!!!!
