This store has put my stomach in knots for 3 months! I just want my money back, and the owner refuses to return my calls. On Aug. 18th, 2019, I put a deposit down on a dress for it to come into the store for Nov. 18th, 2019. They said it was fine if I changed my mind, and that if I did, it would be a full refund on the deposit. It's now Feb. 19th, 2020 (7 months later, and 3 months after expected delivery), and not only has the dress still not arrived but I have asked for my money back over 8 times with no timely response. I feel like I got tricked into putting a deposit down on a dress that I wasn't sure about in the first place because they said it would be no problem to change my mind. However now that I've told them I changed my mind, they say my reasoning isn't valid (I don't like the style anymore) and that I shouldn't be worried since I'm getting married in June (that's only 117 days away!!). They told me to come in and pick another style, but why on earth would I ever purchase another dress from a store that won't return my emails, won't call me back, and has long delivery delays!? This has BY FAR been the most stressful part of wedding planning. I wouldn't wish this on any bride.
