under Manager Bob H. and his assistant Tanya R. I did see lots of improvement at my local The Source Cobourg Store... offering total solution from cellphone/tv plans to battery for remote and charging cables. in my opinion of Bob hiring practice of getting educated multicultural staff created great positive change in the customer service, where each customers get personal attention and solution to his needs I shop at least once a week at the The Source Cobourg Store... I do hope one day thesource ca learn from Bob H. and his assistant Tanya R. about customer service and offer the same quality customer service at thesource ca.
