Invest in popular stores like lululemon, The Gap, old navy , carters osh kosh, H&M, Best Buy, Apple Store, etc etc the lust goes on. Why should cobourgians have to stifle an hour plus for good shopping. Heck, turn the mall into a Costco then. Do something with the space we can be proud of, please!!! This mall was booming in the 90’s and early 2000s. Now it’s a near waste of space. We deserve better!!

I can count on one hand the no. of stores. The list above is certainly not true. NHM is a ghost town & has been for many years. You can't count Giant Tiger & Dollarama as stores associated with the mall. Access is from the outside & a walk. Cobourg NEEDS A MALL! Wish the "new" owners would do something. It's so disappointing to see a once thriving mall disintegrate into a ghost town.

I really hope that the town will keep on fighting to keep the mall open but right now the mall is dead and seeing Tan Jay, Chesler Shoes leave the mall really wasn't helpful for the mall's redevelopment.

In the Mall, there is a lack of open stores.Only surviving stores are basically Dollarama, Staples, Pet store, Giant Tiger, and Metro....but in the actual mall...very little left...like a cemetery for stores
