Tellers always courteous and helpful. td/manager closed the branch with no notice to customers. td/manager reopened the branch 4 months later with no notice to customers. Manager did not respond to customer phone calls for service ir was very tardy in responding. Are td/branch manager, nancy, trying to lose customers so they can close the branch?

Attended this branch for the first time 9/28 for the purpose of opening a new savings account. I was told, after waiting in line for 10 min, the staff member who opens accounts was not in, and the manager was too busy to see me. I was told I could come back another day or go to another branch.......fat bloody chance!! I'm a semi retired individual, no with 0 debt, and own my home free and clear. Off to BMO I go!!
