While I was standing at the booth checking my ticket, the guy behind the counter put his break sign up. I said “What is happening? I am standing right here, Are you leaving?” And he said to me “I will be back in 15 minutes, it’s my break time”. I coukdn’t believe that anyone would take a break when a customer is right there waiting to be served. I was shocked. He put the sign up while I was there. Who does that? Only someone that doesn’t respect their employer or customers.

The person working at the lottery booth in Walmart needs to learn to be polite to people at all times. I was kind at all times and lately she has not been so nice.
