Stopped in to buy a pair of shoes. When we were at the cash. Videa, the cashier looked annoyed and gave us the impression we were bothering her. She was unfriendly and just not nice. We asked a question and she rolled her eyes. Strange. On the other hand, the staff in the store were friendly and nice, a huge contrast to this particular cashier. Videa's attitude makes shopping at Payless in Mapleview Mall not worth spending money there.
