I visited this location for a 3rd time and with the intentions of an exchange based on a previous visit and advice from sales rep who was impeccable I may add. Well upon arrival I was greeted by a young lady whom it was evident was not in a jovial Customer state of mind. I literally left and dumped 3 sleeves of coffee in the recycle bin. I am sorry but it was clear she was in no way prepared to assist, it was a terrible experience.Won’t be back
