Came up to the window just after 5:30 and was rudely told they are closed. Clearly the hours are until 6. Any business owner who willing hires employees with such disrespect for paying customers is someone I dont want to deal with. They will never get another penny of mine.

Ordered a chicken burrito supreme, but got a beef burrito instead. Girl from the back said I should take the beef burrito and I said that I didn't want a beef burrito, I ordered a chicken burrito. She finally agreed to fix the problem and came out from the kitchen area 15 seconds later with my "chicken burrito". One bite in, I realized all she had done was throw 3 pieces of chicken into the beef burrito. It was disgusting! I went back and showed her and she argued with me that that brown guck wasn't beef, it was beans. I said "No, this is a beef burrito with 3 pieces of chicken thrown on top". She was adamant that was not beef it was beans. I asked when they started filling chicken burritos with beans? I work at Mapleview and have had quite a few of their chicken burritos. They have never been filled with beans. She refused to make me a proper chicken burrito, refused to refund my money. I asked her to throw it in the garbage for me. I had no lunch today as a result. I worked until 6:30 this evening with nothing to eat. I will never go to that place again! At the same time, another customer was complaining to her because the veggie burger he ordered was actually a chicken burger. She also refused to rectify that mistake. He also threw his lunch in the garbage. I would like to know how to contact the manager for a refund. He was nowhere to be seen today.

service could use a lot of improvement, between front cashiers and customers.you ask for one thing and you get something else and this is on a non-busy day I just wonder what happens on a busy day. And also the drop food on floor and pick it up and serve to customers (un healthy. health dept. should be called or RE TRAIN STAFF) Also gloves should used.
