My experience is regarding the Hot Topic store at Mapleview Mall, Burlington ON. This store in particular trains staff to discriminate against people. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask and I have been harassed by their staff because of it. This is a direct violation of The Ontarian's Disability Act, The Halton By-Law and my Canadian Charter of Rights. I have never been met with such ridiculous acts of discrimination.
