We drove 1 hour and 20 minutes to shop at Browns for our children. It was very busy. A man finally came to assist us. He took a while to find what we wanted and seemed distracted when he returned with the shoes. The sizes were not good, and they had no other sizes for children. Again he was very distracted, had no options for us but suggested ordering online and pretty much hinted we should go and do that. He chased very good clients out the door
