Went to the store and ask for price adjustments as I saw prices had change Manager said no we can’t do that. I asked why here is my receipt. Her respond was we don’t know that this is receipt you might have taken your friends receipt. When I explained to her that on the receipt it’s my credit card how can that be possible? She said that’s boathouse policy not her. No customer service skills no empathy Horrible communication skills.
